In the context of the exam questions this means that: you need to mark on a graph using data given.

Make sure you use a SHARP PENCIL and be careful to draw accurately.

Marks are often lost by candidates who rush this type of question and don't take the care needed to be accurate. Placing your marks just a couple of millimetres out could lose you a mark. 

To increase accuracy most people find it best to use a RULER to draw each part of the X for their plots.
